Embroidery: Marking in Our Own Ways
With Keimi Nakashima-Ochoa
In this workshop, Keimi will lead participants through different ways of making marks with strands of fibre. Oftentimes, fibre arts involves fussy fine-motor movement or sight. This workshop will explore the ways we can embroider while trying to meet our access needs on any given day. The goal is to make lines and shapes that bring us joy!

Conversations with 4 Artists
Museum of Migration will be leading conversations with our artists from ‘Inscapes: Our Landscapes Within’ exhibition and artists from ‘Amplified Voices’ exhibition. Our artists:
Jun Luo, Crystal Noir, Warren Zeer, and Johnny Tai, will be joining us in sharing their stories, journey, and lived experiences.
ASL interpreters will be present.

In this workshop, you will learn a brief history of zines (an accessible way to self-publish) and how to make a zine. This workshop is all about celebrating identity: What are you proud of? Join All Bodies Dance for a spectacular outdoor performance in the Piazza at the Italian Cultural Centre for Renfrew Collingwood Days!
All Bodies Dance Project will present a short improvised dance performance, followed by an invitation to join in a dance party!
With live music by Ben Brown! Come wearing red and black!
